LimitWatch Lite Terms of Use

By using LimitWatch Lite, you agree to these terms. Apple in-app purchases are also governed by the Apple Media Services terms.
1. Service
LimitWatch Lite displays quotas, billing, reset times, widgets, and alerts supplied by the Mac, Agent, or sync service you choose. Data may be delayed and must not be your sole authority for provider billing, contracts, or availability.
2. Account and device security
You are responsible for protecting your devices, Apple Account, local network, and pairing QR. Do not share a QR, endpoint, or token over an untrusted network or public channel.
3. Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
Once in-app purchasing is available, the yearly plan renews automatically through Apple unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges and manages the Apple Account. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the entitlement in this Apple app. Storefront availability, price, tax, and refunds are governed by the App Store and Apple policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, disrupt push or Agent services, upload malicious material, or use the product in violation of law or third-party terms.
5. Third-party services and marks
LimitWatch Lite is not affiliated with or endorsed by the AI providers, Apple, Google, or Sentry shown in the product or website. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, absolute data accuracy, or permanent compatibility with third-party interfaces, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
7. Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. Serious abuse may result in restricted service access. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page.
